pardoo project

The Pardoo Project is located in the Pilbara, 120 km east of the regional centre of Port Hedland. The Project contains a shallow hydrothermal Nickel deposit with potential for Platinum Group Metal (PGM) mineralisation

Pardoo Nickel Deposit

Phase 1 drilling commenced at the Pardoo Nickel deposit in March 2022. The program is targeting shallow nickel and PGM mineralisation identified in historical drilling. The drilling program will also test down-dip mineralisation continuity in the northern part of the occurrence and a possible repeat of the nickel mineralisation in the northeast.

the region

The pilbara region was moved into the spotlight during 2020 with major discoveries in the region paving the way for further exploration.

The area surrounding Caeneus’ tenements cover ground with similar characteristics to other Pilbara-based nickel-copper occurrences such as Radio Hill and Sherlock Bay.

Even anomalous zinc mineralisation has been reported historically from this region in the eastern Pilbara, opening up further potential for future exploration targets
